COMMON BUCKEYE BUTTERFLY CLOCHE
I’m excited to share about the Common Buckeye Butterfly Cloche! It’s one of the special butterfly cloches I had the pleasure of creating while collaborating with Hershey Gardens for their gift shop. Each cloche features butterflies that lived out their lives naturally before being collected—how cool is that? This piece showcases one of my favorite butterflies, the Common Buckeye Butterfly. I’m always drawn to the beautiful mix of cool color tones in the “eyes” on their wings, surrounded by warm colors, which really makes them pop! I had a blast putting this piece together and used some of my favorite mushrooms and plants, like Fiddle Leaf Ferns and Polypore Mushrooms, to bring it to life!
